Senior Manager of Advising

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of One-on-One Advising, Innovation & Advising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct family consultations to evaluate educational goals and recommend tailored admissions consulting programs
• Convert prospective families into enrolled programs by delivering presentations and guiding decision-making
• Source and qualify new leads through outreach and partnerships to expand the pipeline of prospective families

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 4+ years of experience in a senior sales, advising, or enrollment management role within education or related services
• Proven ability to design and execute consultative sales strategies that drive revenue growth
• Experience sourcing and qualifying leads in a high-touch service environment
• Strong analytical skills with knowledge of data analysis and CRM platforms
