Senior Manager of Advising

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, One-on-One Advising.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct family consultations to evaluate educational goals and recommend tailored admissions consulting programs
• Convert prospective families into enrolled programs through effective presentations and guidance
• Source and qualify new leads through outreach and partnerships to expand the pipeline of prospective families

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 4+ years of experience in senior sales, advising, or enrollment management roles in education or related sectors
• Proven ability to design and execute consultative sales strategies for revenue growth
• Strong analytical skills with knowledge of data analysis and CRM platforms
• Understanding of K12 and College Admissions Markets is a plus
