Job Summary

Leading the execution of customer advocacy initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager of Advocacy will manage the YII Awards program, support advocacy efforts, and collaborate cross-functionally in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of the YII Awards program, including timelines, submissions, and internal coordination
  • Support the development of the customer advocacy operating model and processes for sourcing and measuring customer stories
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to activate customer success stories across various marketing channels
Required qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or related B2B marketing roles
  • Proven experience managing customer programs, case studies, and testimonials
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple programs simultaneously
  • Data-minded with experience tracking program performance and impact
  • Familiarity with marketing, CRM, or advocacy platforms preferred
