Senior Manager of Agency Development

Job Summary

Leading the Agency Development function, the full-time Senior Manager of Agency Development will drive performance and growth by managing team leads, executing departmental initiatives, and optimizing systems and processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Agency Development team, providing coaching and performance feedback
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and special projects to enhance member success and business growth
• Own performance reporting and KPI tracking, recommending actions based on identified trends

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
• 5-8 years of experience in the travel industry, including account management or member success roles
• 2+ years of experience in managing or developing team members
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and reporting tools, preferably HubSpot
