Senior Manager of Agile Delivery

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Agile Delivery to lead a team of Scrum Masters and establish an Agile Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Scrum Masters to support IT delivery teams
• Establish and lead an Agile Center of Excellence to define and share best practices
• Drive consistency in Agile tooling and develop resources to support Agile delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or business with IT emphasis
• 8-10 years of experience in Agile delivery environments, including roles as Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• 4+ years of experience managing or mentoring Scrum Masters
• 2-4 years of experience in establishing or maturing Agile practices
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, tools, and governance
