Senior Manager of AI

Job Summary

Driving the AI product strategy and roadmap, the remote Senior Manager of AI will lead the development of AI-powered mortgage technology, enhancing borrower and loan officer experiences while managing a team of AI and data engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the AI product strategy across document intelligence, workflow automation, and decisioning
• Embed AI into the mortgage Point of Sale, improving user interactions
• Lead and mentor a team of AI and data engineers, fostering cross-functional collaboration

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, with 3+ years focused on AI/ML product development
• Proven experience delivering AI features from concept through deployment
• Strong technical fluency in APIs and model evaluation, with hands-on experience mentoring engineers
• Solid understanding of data engineering principles, including pipelines and data quality
• Experience with LLM-based systems and a demonstrated ability to iterate quickly in production environments
