Job Summary

Key responsibilities
- Lead AI, analytics, and data consulting engagements from strategy through implementation, ensuring engagement success across various metrics
- Partner with sales and practice leadership during the pre-sales lifecycle to shape solutions and develop proposals
- Coach and develop consultants while contributing to the growth of the AI & Analytics practice and methodologies
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, technology, data, analytics, or AI, with a strong client-facing background
- Proven experience leading complex consulting engagements and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong knowledge of AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics, with experience in production implementation
- Demonstrated ability to support the consulting sales lifecycle, including solution design and client presentations
- Experience within the energy and utilities industry is strongly preferred
