Senior Manager of AI Practice

Job Summary

Managing a team of mentors, the full-time Senior Manager of AI Practice will oversee the delivery outcomes for approximately 200 AI-trained fellows, ensuring effective coaching and curriculum implementation in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of mentors, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and maintaining coaching quality
• Own the delivery outcomes for fellows, ensuring instructional effectiveness and addressing performance issues
• Collaborate with strategic partners and manage the integration of curriculum through the Commons platform

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in software engineering management, product management, or related fields
• Proven experience in managing teams and improving performance, ideally in a technical or coaching capacity
• Experience in delivering operational outcomes at scale and implementing systems for quality assurance
• Strong teaching skills with the ability to lead live sessions and engage participants effectively
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and experience in scaling delivery processes
