Senior Manager of Alliances Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Microsoft Partnership & Alliance Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead the Microsoft and GitHub alliance strategy, ensuring alignment with company growth priorities
• Design and execute Microsoft co-sell motions, collaborating closely with Sales to prioritize accounts and accelerate pipeline creation
• Track and report on pipeline creation, deal velocity, and revenue influence, while maintaining executive-ready dashboards for internal leadership

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in alliances, partnerships, GTM, or business development within the Microsoft ecosystem
• Proven experience working directly with Microsoft sellers and partner teams to drive co-sell outcomes
• Background in B2B SaaS, cloud services, or ISV environments
• Demonstrated ability to influence pipeline and revenue through partnerships
• Strong strategic thinking and operational discipline
