Senior Manager of Alumni Engagement

Job Summary

Passionate about fostering connections, the full-time Senior Manager of Alumni Engagement will lead the implementation of alumni engagement initiatives, manage the Alumni Mentorship Program, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance relationships between BBYO and its global alumni community in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the Alumni Mentorship Program, including recruitment, onboarding, and participant experience
• Develop and execute alumni engagement strategies in partnership with local community teams
• Track engagement metrics and maintain organized systems for participant data and communications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• 3-5 years of experience in alumni engagement, community engagement, or nonprofit leadership
• Alumnus/a of BBYO strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, relationship-driven programs
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
