Senior Manager of Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager - Collections Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead reporting and advanced analytics to support collection and recovery strategies for personal loan and credit card products
• Conduct analysis to optimize end-to-end collection strategies and deliver strong credit performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies and monitor performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience
• Experience in collections, marketing, or credit risk management in the consumer lending industry is preferred
• Strong proficiency in SQL; knowledge of R, Python, Tableau, Looker, and Knowledge Seeker is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead a team, including management and development
• Strong organizational and project management skills
