Senior Manager of Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Analytics - Merchandising (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with merchandising and supply chain partners to leverage data for informed product offerings
• Own the data and insights strategy for inventory management, guiding cross-functional teams
• Lead a team of analysts to deliver actionable insights and support business strategy development

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree in a related field required
• 10-15 years of experience, including 5-7 years in Merchant Analytics with a focus on Inventory Optimization
• Proficiency in SQL, R, and/or Python, along with experience in BI tools like Tableau or PowerBI
• 3-5 years of managerial experience in analytics or related fields
• Experience with data modeling, regression analysis, and econometric modeling
