Senior Manager of Analytics

Job Summary

Leading a collaborative team, the full-time Senior Manager of Analytics will manage analytics projects, develop insights for curriculum and product strategies, and enhance team capabilities through AI fluency in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and data scientists while providing technical guidance on analytics projects
• Own and advance program and product analytics to measure curriculum performance and inform product strategy
• Manage project execution and build cross-functional relationships, translating business needs into analytical initiatives

Required qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in analytics and data science, with 2-4+ years in a senior management role
• Proficient in SQL and Python, with experience in Tableau or similar BI tools
• Strong quantitative skills, including statistical modeling and experimental design
• Experience with Agile methodologies in an analytics context
• Hands-on experience with AI workflows and automation tools, specifically Claude Code and Claude Cowork
