Senior Manager of Analytics Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team remotely, the full-time Senior Manager of Analytics Engineering will oversee the development of a trusted data foundation, ensuring scalable and reliable data models that support decision-making across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and lead a team of Analytics Engineers while fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration
• Define and execute the analytics engineering roadmap, including data modeling and governance initiatives
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate analytical needs into scalable data products and improve data pipelines

Required Qualifications

• 11+ years of experience in analytics engineering, business intelligence, or data engineering
• 3+ years of experience managing technical teams and developing team members
• Deep expertise in SQL and modern analytics engineering practices
• Experience with analytics platforms such as DBT, Snowflake, and Airflow
• Strong understanding of dimensional modeling, semantic layers, and data governance frameworks
