Senior Manager of Application Development

Job Summary

Leading a dynamic team, the full-time Senior Manager of Application Development will oversee the software development lifecycle, manage application integration, and drive the delivery of scalable platforms in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the Application Development team, ensuring high-quality application delivery
• Oversee seamless integration of core platforms and maintain APIs, ETL pipelines, and data flow services
• Implement Agile practices and monitor performance metrics to drive operational excellence and system reliability

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams in IT
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise environments with complex integrations
• Expert knowledge of SDLC, Agile/SCRUM methodologies, and software quality assurance best practices
• Design and development experience with .NET, C#, and cloud platforms, preferably Azure
