Senior Manager of Attack Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Senior Manager of Attack Engineering will oversee the design, validation, and scaling of offensive capabilities within the NodeZero platform, focusing on modern external attack surfaces in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Attack and Full-Stack Engineers, setting technical direction and quality standards for external offensive capabilities
• Own the offensive strategy for external and public-facing platforms, guiding the development of end-to-end attack methodologies
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate field insights into product capabilities and ensure alignment with modern attacker tradecraft

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading offensive security, red team, or attack engineering teams
• Strong expertise in external/public-facing infrastructure and enterprise SaaS platforms
• Proficient in software engineering, preferably with Python, and familiar with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code tools
• Experience translating offensive findings into product capabilities with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to manage teams of 6-10+ engineers and scale organizations effectively
