Senior Manager of Audit Remediation

Job Summary

To support a large federal customer, the full-time Senior Manager of Audit Remediation will provide leadership in internal control, audit remediation, and process improvement while working remotely with occasional domestic business trips.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, guidance, and development of project team staff
• Manage and direct A-123 and audit remediation activities, ensuring compliance and effectiveness
• Develop and implement corrective action plans to address internal and external audit findings

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related business field
• Experience managing an A-123 and/or audit remediation contract at a large federal agency
• Minimum of ten years of experience in internal control and/or audit projects
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• Prior experience with financial statement preparation and audit remediation
