Senior Manager of Automation

Job Summary

Leading the citizen developer community, the full-time Senior Manager of Automation will provide hands-on technical support and governance for AI and automation tools while driving continuous improvement and aligning strategy with execution in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Owning the lifecycle of citizen automation and AI solutions, ensuring compliance and providing technical enablement
• Engaging with business partners to gather system requirements and offering mentorship to citizen developers
• Leading a specialized enablement team by setting technical standards and overseeing the deployment of new technology updates

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience in technology and automation
• Expertise in AI and automation technologies
• Experience in coaching and mentoring teams
• Strong background in data analysis and software architecture
