Senior Manager of Automation

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency in healthcare revenue cycle management, the full-time salaried Senior Manager of Automation will lead the implementation and optimization of automation solutions, collaborating with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and ensuring successful project delivery in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identifies and prioritizes automation opportunities across revenue cycle operations, managing project plans and implementation activities
• Leads process analysis to optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and monitor KPIs related to automation performance
• Collaborates with IT and vendors to manage the deployment and optimization of automation technologies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, information systems, finance, operations, or a related field; master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, process improvement, or automation project management
• Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle functions and experience with automation technologies
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with various stakeholders
• Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) tools and familiarity with healthcare compliance requirements preferred
