Senior Manager of Automation
Job Summary
Leading automation initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager of Automation will execute and optimize automation solutions across the healthcare revenue cycle while collaborating with operational leaders and stakeholders in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and manage automation opportunities across revenue cycle functions, including patient access, coding, and billing
- Conduct end-to-end process analysis to enhance operational efficiency and standardize workflows
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of automation technologies, ensuring alignment with compliance and regulatory standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, information systems, finance, operations, or a related field; master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, process improvement, or automation
- 3-5 years of experience leading automation projects or cross-functional implementations
- Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle functions and experience with automation technologies
- Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma or PMP preferred
