Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Manager, Benefits and Compensation to oversee health and wellness benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and implement employee benefits and wellness programs
  • Oversee leave of absences, workers compensation, and ensure OSHA compliance
  • Evaluate and recommend benefit programs based on effectiveness and market assessment
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • At least 10 years of benefits administration experience
  • Minimum of 5 years management experience
  • Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, OSHA regulations, and employee health programs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR database systems
