A company is looking for a Sr Manager, Benefits and Compensation to oversee health and wellness benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and implement employee benefits and wellness programs
- Oversee leave of absences, workers compensation, and ensure OSHA compliance
- Evaluate and recommend benefit programs based on effectiveness and market assessment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
- At least 10 years of benefits administration experience
- Minimum of 5 years management experience
- Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, OSHA regulations, and employee health programs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR database systems
