Job Summary

Managing the day-to-day operations of employee benefits programs, the full-time Senior Manager of Benefits Operations will oversee benefits administration, HR systems, and people analytics in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee daily administration of health and welfare programs, ensuring compliance and efficient program management
  • Support continuous improvement of People Operations programs and serve as a key administrator for the HRIS platform
  • Develop and maintain People Operations dashboards and reports, translating workforce data into actionable insights
Required qualifications
  • 5-7 years of progressive Benefits and People Operations experience
  • 5+ years of experience overseeing employee benefit programs
  • Previous managerial experience with a focus on both leadership and operational roles
  • Experience managing health and retirement plans, including vendor relationships
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with HRIS systems and employee data management
