Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine payer access strategy and materials for payer conversations
• Shape provider strategy through segmentation, prioritization, and engagement coordination
• Lead pricing and access analytics, ensuring alignment with operational reporting and scenario planning

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in top-tier consulting or market access/pricing/reimbursement strategy within pharma or biotech
• Direct exposure to payer strategy, reimbursement, pricing, or buy-and-bill economics
• Strong quantitative modeling skills
• Experience in managing cross-functional initiatives with clear timelines
• Ability to build structured executive-ready materials
