Senior Manager of Business Intelligence

Job Summary

To drive analytics strategy and team development, the full-time remote Senior Manager of Business Intelligence will lead a team of data professionals, manage data architecture, and collaborate with business leaders to deliver impactful data-driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive business intelligence and analytics strategy, identifying opportunities to enhance customer value
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data professionals, ensuring high-quality and timely analytics solutions
• Establish best practices for data governance and quality, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing data and analytics teams
• Deep expertise in the Microsoft Business Intelligence stack, including Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
• Experience with complex datasets in the healthcare or insurance industry, particularly Medicare data
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; a Master's degree is a plus
