Senior Manager of Business Operations

Job Summary

To support the strategic goals of the organization, the full-time Senior Manager of Business Operations will develop and implement business operations processes, conduct landscape research for business development strategies, and provide strategic support for proposal and budget development, all while working in a flexible location.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business operations processes to ensure accuracy and data integrity across systems
• Conduct research and analysis to support business development strategies and maintain accurate sales pipeline data in Salesforce
• Provide strategic support in developing proposal budgets and lead quarterly forecasting cycles, advising on project performance

Required qualifications

• 4-5 years of business operations experience, particularly in managing project and revenue portfolios
• Experience with business development processes, including proposal budget development and sales portfolio analysis
• Strong command of business operations best practices adaptable to unique organizational contexts
• Proficiency in using CRMs, with Salesforce experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple stakeholder relationships
