Senior Manager of Business Operations

Job Summary

As a key leader in a fully remote environment, the Senior Manager of Business Operations will manage the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, drive operational performance, and shape the division's strategic direction while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the delivery of strategic initiatives, including launching and scaling new products and services
• Establish and run the operating rhythm of the division, including planning cycles and performance tracking
• Drive prioritization and tradeoff decisions to focus resources on high-value opportunities

Required qualifications

• 6-12 years of experience in strategy or business operations, preferably in a high-growth startup or technology company
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable results
• Experience building and running internal operating cadences, including business reviews and performance reporting
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
• Exceptional communication and executive presence to align stakeholders across diverse teams
