Job Summary
As a strategic business leader and transportation industry expert, the full-time Senior Manager of Carrier Partnerships will develop and execute carrier growth strategies across various transportation markets, negotiate complex agreements, and build executive relationships, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the carrier growth strategy to expand the network and capabilities of Pitney Bowes shipping products
- Source, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard new carrier partners to create innovative commercial models
- Partner cross-functionally to bring new carrier partnerships from concept through launch, integration, and scale
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in carrier partnerships, transportation strategy, or related leadership roles
- Deep expertise in parcel, courier, LTL, FTL, international shipping, and cargo transportation
- Demonstrated success in identifying and launching strategic transportation partnerships
- Proven ability to negotiate complex, high-value commercial agreements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline
