Senior Manager of Category Management

Job Summary

To drive category strategy execution and operational plans, the full-time Senior Manager of Category Management will oversee assortment, pricing, promotions, and supplier partnerships while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance sales and profitability, primarily working in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of category strategies and operating plans to achieve revenue and market share growth targets
• Oversee sourcing, supplier management, and pricing architectures to improve profitability and ensure compliance with procurement practices
• Manage category performance through KPIs and analytics, translating insights into actionable plans for operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8 years of category management, sourcing, or procurement experience
• 3 years of leadership or people management experience
• Proven experience with category trends and supply chain dynamics
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable recommendations
