Senior Manager of Client Accounting Services

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Senior Manager of Client Accounting Services will manage client relationships, provide strategic direction, and enhance operational performance through innovative solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzing and developing financial and operational infrastructure for clients in the outsourcing space
• Managing client relationships while serving as a brand ambassador for the organization
• Designing and implementing key systems and processes to improve operational efficiency and client service delivery

Required qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience, with prior consulting experience managing multiple client service teams
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, preferably in accounting or finance
• Familiarity with GAAP concepts and strong mastery of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Proven track record of improving financial and operational processes, especially in growth-stage companies
• Demonstrated ability to leverage emerging technologies, including AI and automation tools, to enhance business processes
