Job Summary

As the Senior Manager of Client Operations, the full-time remote position will manage a revenue cycle team within a multi-client medical billing service environment, focusing on driving service quality, productivity, and effective communication with clients and team members.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive a team-wide commitment to quality service, meeting or exceeding established metrics
  • Coach managers on performance management and ensure alignment with departmental goals
  • Oversee new client onboarding processes to ensure efficient billing services implementation
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED; AA degree in Management preferred
  • 3-5 years of management experience in a medical setting, preferably in an Ambulatory Surgery Center
  • Experience with performance management and coaching across high-performing teams
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
