Job Summary

Senior Manager of Commercial Operations is a full-time position responsible for leading procurement activities, overseeing daily operations, and managing asset performance for residential solar assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize asset performance and financial returns
• Oversee contract management, including service agreements and vendor relationships
• Monitor asset performance data and coordinate resolution efforts for identified issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in asset management or project management within the renewable energy sector
• Proven leadership experience managing commercial operations teams
• Strong understanding of solar O&M, project financing, and contractual frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and process improvements
