Job Summary

Leading procurement activities for a portfolio of residential solar assets, the full-time Senior Manager of Commercial Operations will oversee daily operations, commercial strategies, and asset performance management, working from Irvine, CA, Houston, TX, or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize asset performance and financial returns
• Oversee contract management, including service agreements, warranties, and vendor relationships
• Collaborate with finance, engineering, and sales teams to align operational plans with company goals and investor expectations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in asset management, operations, or project management within the renewable energy sector, particularly solar
• Proven leadership experience managing commercial operations teams
• Strong understanding of solar O&M, project financing, and contractual frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and process improvements
