Senior Manager of Commercial Operations

Job Summary

Leading procurement activities for a portfolio of residential solar assets, the full-time Senior Manager of Commercial Operations will oversee daily operations, commercial strategies, and asset performance management, collaborating with technical teams and financial stakeholders while working remotely or from Irvine, CA, or Houston, TX.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize asset performance and financial returns
• Oversee contract management, including service agreements, warranties, and vendor relationships
• Monitor and analyze asset performance data, identifying issues and coordinating resolution efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in asset management, operations, or project management within the renewable energy sector
• Proven leadership experience managing commercial operations teams
• Strong understanding of solar O&M, project financing, and contractual frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and process improvements
