Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end commercialization process from concept to market launch and post-launch review
• Drive project progress through stage gate processes and communicate risks to executive teams
• Lead cross-functional teams to innovate execution processes and improve speed to market

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing commercialization projects or project teams
• Proven experience in product development and commercialization, preferably in the CPG or food & beverage industry
• PMP Certification or similar preferred
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and negotiation skills
• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement
