Senior Manager of Compensation

Job Summary

Leading the execution and governance of variable compensation programs, the full-time Senior Manager of Compensation will oversee operational controls, support acquisition readiness, and partner with Sales and Finance to ensure accurate and compliant compensation processes, working remotely or from the Overland Park, KS location.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee operational governance of variable compensation programs, ensuring timely and accurate payouts
• Serve as the senior escalation point for complex compensation matters and establish operational controls
• Partner with leadership to implement and administer commission and incentive plans while improving compensation processes

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field strongly preferred
• Minimum 7 years of experience in variable compensation or related analytical work, including complex compensation programs
• At least 3 years of experience leading teams in a compensation, finance, or operational environment
• Strong knowledge of commission calculations, reconciliations, and operational controls
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with reporting tools and compensation-related workflows
