Job Summary

Leading all aspects of Compensation Operations, the full-time Senior Manager of Compensation Operations will manage cyclical compensation review processes, oversee Workday compensation system administration, and ensure compliance with compensation programs while working remotely or from the San Diego HQ.

Key responsibilities:
  • Leads end-to-end cyclical compensation review processes, including planning, testing, and post-cycle retrospectives
  • Manages Workday compensation systems, ensuring configuration, data integrations, and security are aligned with operational needs
  • Delivers reporting and analysis to maintain data integrity and supports audit and compliance activities impacting Compensation Operations
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 12 years of related experience, including 3-6 years in a management role
  • Deep hands-on experience with Workday HCM and Core Compensation
  • Proficiency in analytics and project management tools, along with advanced Excel skills
  • Expertise in compensation principles and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
