Senior Manager of Compliance

Job Summary

Leading compliance initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Manager of Compliance will manage SOX 404 & 302 compliance activities, oversee business controls compliance, and communicate with external auditors regarding control design and remediation efforts.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day activities related to business controls compliance and system implementation reviews
• Lead SOX compliance activities, including the rollout of control narratives and quarterly representation letters
• Manage the annual Entity Level Controls process and communicate findings to management and external auditors

Required qualifications:

• 4-year college degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; advanced degree or CPA preferred
• 5-7 years of experience with Sarbanes Oxley compliance and/or Internal Audit
• Familiarity with the COSO 2013 controls framework and experience evaluating internal controls
• Experience with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and conducting pre and post-implementation reviews
• Strong analytical skills and ability to summarize and communicate issues effectively to management
