Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in information management, knowledge management, or related fields
• 3+ years of experience in team development
• Experience in designing processes for capturing and organizing expert knowledge
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure success for emerging capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
