Senior Manager of Contract Development

Job Summary

Leading a team of contract development professionals, the full-time Senior Manager of Contract Development in Provider Contracting will oversee contract operations for assigned Provider segments, ensuring compliance and operational readiness while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional leader for assigned Provider segments and manage day-to-day contract development operations
• Translate approved commercial contracting strategies into executable agreements while ensuring alignment with legal and compliance requirements
• Establish and improve contract development standards, governance routines, and continuous improvement practices across assigned portfolios

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 4 years, or Bachelor's degree and 6 years, or Associate's degree and 10 years, or High school diploma/GED and 12 years of relevant experience
• Experience leading teams or projects with accountability for deliverables and stakeholder alignment
• Experience managing or improving business processes in a complex, regulated environment
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners and communicate recommendations effectively
• Exceptional contract drafting and analytical skills
