Senior Manager of Contract Manufacturing

Job Summary

Taking ownership of procurement and supplier coordination, the full-time Senior Manager of Contract Manufacturing will manage supplier operations, oversee procurement processes, and drive supply chain resilience initiatives in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own supplier operations for assigned products, ensuring reliable supply and effective issue resolution
• Coordinate key procurement and material processes, including purchasing requirements and inventory oversight
• Manage supplier relationships and performance, driving continuous improvement activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field; master's degree or MBA is a plus
• 2 - 4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or contract manufacturing operations
• Strong experience in a regulated environment, preferably in medical devices or life sciences
• Proven ability to manage Contract Manufacturing Organizations or external manufacturing partners
• Demonstrated project management experience, including supplier transitions and process improvements
