Senior Manager of Contracts

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Contracts and Governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain enterprise contracts governance standards and internal controls
• Act as the primary subject matter authority on FAR/DFARS compliance and oversee contract execution
• Lead contractual governance for proposal development and manage post-award administration and risk management

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• A minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in government contracting
• Contract certification through NCMA is preferred
• Experience with SBA 8(a) contracts is desired
