Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience
• 10 years of experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
• Demonstrated ability to develop business strategies and drive organizational goals
• Deep understanding of industry regulations, including SOX requirements
• Experience with ERP systems and management of CRMs, CPQs, and CLMs
