Senior Manager of Corporate Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Corporate Development to drive growth initiatives through acquisitions and strategic investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify acquisition and investment targets, analyzing market trends and developing business cases
• Lead M&A processes including due diligence, deal structuring, negotiation, and integration planning
• Develop and execute post-merger integration plans, ensuring alignment across functions and maximizing value realization

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in corporate development, M&A, venture capital, or private equity within the technology sector
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, business, statistics, or economics; MBA preferred
• Proven track record managing acquisitions over $100M enterprise value
• Strong M&A deal execution experience, including financial modeling and negotiations
• Experience in AI/ML domain and understanding of collaboration technologies is a plus
