Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Corporate Development (Remote: USA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute corporate development strategy to support growth objectives and evaluate potential M&A targets and partnerships
• Manage the end-to-end deal process, including due diligence, valuation, and integration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of corporate development initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a senior role within a principal investor/operator company
• Strong financial acumen with experience in financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence
• Proven experience in underwriting and valuation of development opportunities and transactions
• Positive attitude, quick learner, and self-starter attributes are required
