Senior Manager of Corporate Finance

Job Summary

Owning the annual operating plan and forecast cadence, the full-time remote Senior Manager of Corporate Finance will manage a team of analysts, oversee monthly CFO reporting, and drive modernized planning and reporting processes while supporting public-company readiness initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of the annual plan and revenue forecasting using driver-based models to enhance accuracy
• Oversee the monthly CFO review package and ensure effective variance analysis and reporting
• Direct AI-enabled automation initiatives and process improvements across the FP&A function

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• 6-9+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity
• Proven ability to improve forecast accuracy and build financial models from scratch
• Strong fluency in modern FP&A systems such as Pigment or Snowflake
• Experience supporting public-company readiness workstreams, including SOX controls and audit materials
