Senior Manager of Corporate Governance

Job Summary

Supporting global legal entity governance and corporate secretarial operations, the full-time remote Senior Manager of Corporate Governance will manage entity structures, oversee compliance documentation, and coordinate with various stakeholders on governance matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage global legal entity structures, including formations and governance records
• Administer the Global Entity Management System (GEMS) and ensure SOX compliance
• Assist in organizing Board meetings and maintaining records related to corporate governance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years of experience as a legal professional
• Experience in corporate governance preferred
• Paralegal Certification is a plus
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and build relationships with stakeholders
