Senior Manager of Corporate IT

Job Summary

Building and leading the internal IT organization, the full-time hybrid Senior Manager of Corporate IT will establish and scale IT functions, transition operations from a Managed Service Provider, and ensure responsive technology services for employees across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the long-term IT strategy while transitioning operational responsibilities from the MSP to an internal team
• Build and manage an internal Level 1 IT support capability, delivering responsive support for employees and developing standardized support processes
• Oversee the design, operation, and security of the corporate network infrastructure, ensuring reliable business operations and compliance with security standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of progressive IT experience, with 3+ years in leadership roles managing IT operations or infrastructure teams
• Experience in building or significantly expanding an internal IT organization and managing transitions from Managed Service Providers
• Strong experience administering Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID, along with modern endpoint management solutions
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and experience managing corporate network infrastructure
