Senior Manager of Corporate Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Corporate Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the annual technical roadmap for Systems and Infrastructure engineering teams
• Act as an operational auditor to identify manual processes and promote automation
• Collaborate with Security on incident response and lead post-mortems for system outages

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant IT Engineering experience
• At least 3 years in a formal leadership or management role
• Expert-level experience managing Okta as an IdP and knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft O365
• Deep knowledge of MDM systems and modern networking/physical security stacks
• Solid understanding of automation and scripting to evaluate engineering designs
