Senior Manager of Corporate Technology

Job Summary

Owning the IT infrastructure and productivity systems, the full-time Senior Manager of Corporate Technology will manage a small team, enhance service delivery, and implement an IT strategy while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the IT help desk operations, focusing on equipment provisioning, break-fix, and automation to achieve a 60%+ ticket deflection rate
• Manage and improve the productivity stack, including Google Workspace, Slack, and other essential SaaS tools
• Develop and execute an IT strategy and capability roadmap within the first 90 days, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Experience running an IT or corporate technology function in a high-growth startup environment
• Deep expertise in Google Workspace and Slack, with a focus on advanced configuration
• Knowledge of security implications related to corporate technology tools and the ability to enhance security without user disruption
• Proven experience in SaaS rationalization and reducing tool complexity
• Strong leadership qualities, demonstrating a player-coach mentality and a commitment to high standards of work
