Senior Manager of Cost Optimization

Job Summary

Driving cost excellence in new product introduction programs, the full-time remote Senior Manager of Cost Optimization will manage product cost models, lead cross-functional cost initiatives, and perform detailed cost and variance analysis while collaborating with engineering, supply chain, and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance partner for new product introduction programs, overseeing cost models and financial risk assessments
• Manage cross-functional cost initiatives and coordinate with program managers to integrate financial insights into project schedules
• Develop and maintain detailed cost models and perform variance analysis to identify root causes and drive corrective actions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 7+ years of experience in product cost management, FP&A, manufacturing finance, or related fields
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
